Wish I could put zero Stars. This has been my worst rental experience so far and will not be going back there Ever!! Staffs made it absolutely difficult to get into a vehicle i reserved weeks prior to pick up. After they wasted an hour or so out of my day I ended up cancelling and renting from the Portage location where i barely spent 10 minutes. Hats off to the team over at portage for their warm and professional welcome.

10/10 AS ALWAYS! The Customer Service is by far the BEST EVER. Just a smooth ride from the beginning to the end. Thanks for everything.
The employees made promises they couldn't honor and they kept my deposit to cover what I was told would be free. They offer basically a buy 5 days get 7 days deal. Well I paid for 8 days and got 8 days. The woman I dealt with was beyond rude and I will walk before I get a vehicle from them again!
