I have been using these guys for quite some time now. I have to rent a vehicle pretty much every other week and if you're dealing with any issues and having to go out of town you've already got enough stress on your plate like I told Jackson over there so the last thing you want to do is deal with any stress or problems trying to get a vehicle. Unfortunately, West Orange location not poppin like it was with the old staff. Although very courteous, they lack certain skills for customer service. My own personal experience the wait time, being helped by a representative but do not have their full attention, when another customer walks in the door sure welcome them but don’t start a full conversation leaving me standing there as if I’m invisible not tending to my needs. Reserved a pickup truck (confirmation #72305270) and tried calling the branch repeatedly starting at opening time—no one ever answered. I showed up after being told the day before the truck might not even be available. I rode my bike there in the rain just to confirm. At the counter, I was told my card “declined,” but my bank (Capital One) confirmed the charge was approved and only reversed by Enterprise. Stay away from Enterprise Santa Fe on St Michael’s St. Horrible customer service - very long waits for rude and inappropriate staff interactions. You need to go elsewhere!
Ordered car 2 months in advance, reserved day before and yet no vehicle was there at arrival. was told to drive to Allentown to get one or they had nothing.
The Temple TX Enterprise team has been outstanding for us. Great service, at all levels. The manager handled our vehicle checkout very smoothly, professionally, and with touches of humor. She allowed us to select a vehicle and then introduced us to the vehicle features. They proactively called to make sure we were coming to pick up the vehicle the next morning, since I had not checked in online. Oh, WHERE do I start? Picked the car up, it had UNDER a QUARTER tank of gas, causing me to IMMEDIATELY have to blow OVER $60 to fill up to get home. I got ONE day of coverage, and they failed to explain I HAD to GO IN IN PERSON to cancel the coverage. And our ONLY LOCATION in town is apparently OUT OF BUSINESS (hopefully the rest follow suit soon.
