I ordered a luxury style car months in advance. On the day I was supposed to pick up my rental. I got a call that went to voicemail that asked if I could come in early and they also wanted to let me know what I needed to bring up there. I called back and let them know that I couldn’t be there early. They immediately started off by saying “well we don’t just keep that type of car here unfortunately so you’ll have to basically settle for a Dodge charger.” which is not at all what I ordered. The only reason I'm giving a stars is because the Murray KY 42071 location was extremely professional. If I had to base this off of the online service, it would only have been 1 star
The staff was friendly and helped me to find a car for me while mine was in the body shop. When my car was done, the drop off was painless and the manager even suggested a private Uber-like service for me to use when I couldn't find a Uber to get me to the body shop. Would recommend this location for your rental car needs.
