After smooth registration at counter I arrived in garage and no full size car (as reserved) was available. Friendly agent offered a Dodge Charger which I declined (Dodge seats are generally not wide enough for my big butt!). As he looked around Charger said, "oh that's a BMW" - Agent and manager (just walking by) said - "yes, we can do the BMW for same as a full size". Excellent ride, and easy trip all the way through return.

Pickup my car and staff was very helpful and treated my like a valued customer. One-way rental at an affordable price! Enterprise is always my first choice when I need a rental and I have never been disappointed.

My family and I arrived at BWI at midnight, took a shuttle to Enterprise to rent a van. We were greater by 3 young happy assistance. They were extremely quick and helpful. We were done in minutes and in our way! No hassle at all. Returning the care went just as smooth! I also saved almost $500.00 compared to another company, because of a sale and no hidden fees!.

We rented an intermediate SUV. When we picked it up it was dirty - the windows hadn't been cleaned, the outside door mirrors were filthy and there were bug remains all over the hood and headlights. We asked the Enterprise employee right away about the condition of the car and she advised us that we should address this issue when we returned the car.
