The Ford Focus was a nice clean car. The service for pick up was great! The drop off went smoothly and the service for drop off was very pleasant and friendly and I dropped off at 6:00 am! Thank you!
The experience was very quick and exceptional. I had my reservation online, I quickly used the kiosk at the BWI location, I walked outside and one person directed me to where I needed to go, and the next gave me two options for my car type. The black Nissan Altima I chose was clean, unscratched, and had bluetooth, so I was happy. Thanks for keeping everything running smoothly.
Fabulous!! I have rented cars from Enterprise in various cities in both the US and Canada. They are always helpful, courteous and professional. I will often pay a few dollars more if I have the option of renting from Enterprise versus other car rental companies.

No wait on a Friday around 7. quick, helpful and good prices. i arrived to pick up a compact suv and ended up with a kia soul being the only choice. i chose another car at no additional cost, but it smelled like smoke and the car felt uneasy when going over 60mph. a little more attention to the condition of the vehicles and larger lot of cars would give this rating 2 more stars.
The fastest time I've ever had to wait for a rental company, staff were very courteous. Will use them many more times.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car at BWI was a fantastic experience and we received great friendly service from all employees in the process. It was quick to get to our vehicle and we were asked if we would like to upgrade for a few dollars more. We opted to stay with our first reservation and the car was clean, gassed up and well maintained. First off I flew in from Illinois & my car pick up date was the following day at noon. I couldn't hear very well due to the plane. Dude at the front desk was not only mumbling but speaking very very softly. I had to keep asking my best friend what he was saying. He told me to go into the other room & someone will meet me.
