Easy to rent online. Customer service at pick up point is great.
Car Service from Enterprise . Service from behind the desk towards 2 adult females asking simple questions not very kindly. Yes, I know Automobiles & the routine of Renting but rudeness isn't part of the package rt from the beginning. Almost walked away tho I know this employee isn't the Co; and how much longer __ will be there. I do recommend Enterprise for your road plans.
Extremely rude employee where the return is. Simply asked directions since it's not well marked where to pick up. The employee was very rude in their response Edit: haven't even left yet and the guy at the counter is enormously rude to another customer. Yikes
Called in advance to make sure they would be open when my flight came in. They assured me they would as long as I put my flight number in reservation. I did. But….there was no one at the counter when I arrived. I waited an hour and know one showed up. Unfortunately, I have to report that you cannot count on this car rental when flying into Erie :(
