Confirmed the booking, but when we arrived to pick up the van, they said it was not available. It’s very disappointing.
Poor customer service never have car when you need it even you have confirmed a booking. They will call you back and say they do not have the car. Barry Brunetti is the worst
After I got screwed over by budget car rental, I had to make a reservation on the same day. Trayvon took care of me. This is a man who works well under pressure because I could tell there were two other people waiting for cars and he handled it like a pro. I will be coming back to this location.
Great service by Michelle El Jbari. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Really appreciated her help—highly recommended.
