The rental experience went very smoothly & drop-off was the quickest I've seen! The car was clean & well appointed but the make, a 2026 Rogue, was a very uncomfortable car to drive. Driver's seat needed to be adjusted just to enter the car. The driver, male, 6' tall, had to put the seat down & back to lowest position & still his knees hit the steering column, even had to adjust the steering wheel numerous times then readjust all to drive each & every time he drove! Excellent service from Enterprise! Greeted quickly upon arrival, vehicle was ready when we arrived, and the text message with contact information after we began our trip was a nice touch. Will recommend and use Enterprise again.
Personnel were very courteous and satisfied all my needs. Personnel were very helpful professional!
