Awful experience wouldnt recommend
Christine was extremely helpful! We originally booked a car with Avis, but unfortunately, we had a very bad experience and they weren’t able to provide an immediate refund. We then reached out to Enterprise in Jersey City, and Christine made the entire process incredibly easy. She was friendly, professional, and got us into a car within just five minutes. After the frustrating experience we had earlier, her quick and helpful service made a huge difference. Really appreciate Christine and the Enterprise Jersey City team!
