The entire process is very easy. I schedule a reservation through the app, there are minimal and gentle text reminders to pick up and drop off. They have multiple locations yet different store times. The pick up is quick, depending on the location, but I've never had any difficulty. And the drop off is also easy, I always hand in the key - never key box drop though
