Enterprise is amazing! They use the old-fashioned type of customer service that you don’t see very often anymore. The fact that they provide a ride to and from is so above and beyond!

After I was in an accident and was put in a rental car while the settlement was happening this downtown Knoxville location was the closest to me to pickup a vehicle. When I went to pick up, it was a seamless process and very quick. The employee that helped me she was very kind. When I dropped off the vehicle, it was also super easy. If I called with any questions, I spoke with Bre on the phone and she was always very kind and helpful! I had a great experience.
