Excellent customer service and professionalism! Brie was friendly and helpful, despite it being a busy afternoon. I appreciate her professionalism under pressure, and will definitely be renting from this location again in the future!
After I was in an accident and was put in a rental car while the settlement was happening this downtown Knoxville location was the closest to me to pickup a vehicle. When I went to pick up, it was a seamless process and very quick. The employee that helped me she was very kind. When I dropped off the vehicle, it was also super easy. If I called with any questions, I spoke with Bre on the phone and she was always very kind and helpful! I had a great experience.
The staff at Downtown Knoxville worked hard to find me a rental in short order while supply was low. Much appreciated!
Completely satisfied with Enterprise yet again. They helped me out immensely when my car broke down and were very flexible with my rental car needs.
