Media hora esperando por la entrega del carro, me llamaron para preguntarme la hora de llegada, llegué un poco y supuestamente lo fueron a recoger a otro lugar y después de media hora esperando me dicen que el carro que supuestamente me iban a dar lo habían chocado terminaron dándome uno que 🤢, hay varios locales en el área si es posible mi recomendación busque otra

Didn't have the vehicle we reserved, didn't have a vehicle of the same class, had to settle for a smaller less comfortable model. Drop off location was a joke. No signage, deep inside a hotel, had to drive around whole hotel only to park in front , walk around inside hotel aimlessly looking for counter, then told o had to move the car. Very poor setup and experience.
Muy buena atencion, buen servicio, ls carros cuando los entregan siempre estan limpios, el precio esta acorde a las necesidades de cada uno, nunca he tenido problemas. Gracias se los recomiendo
