My experience at this location was amazing! I had to get a rental during a holiday weekend, and they had the best price by far, compared to all other locations and competitors. The vehicle was perfect and the service was amazing! Vania was amazing, she made sure I was taken care of and assisted me in a graceful manner, which is very unusual for Miami. Thank you for making my experience an amazing one.
It turned out I had less than a quarter tank of gas, not a full tank as the attendant stated prior to my departure. Early in our drive from Miami, at Lake Worth I filled the tank at a cost of $52.88. I asked the attendant if you could reimburse part of the fuel cost and he stated there is nothing in your policy for that. Needless to say I am highly disappointed in this situation. I will seek alternate rental agencies on my next trip.
Big shoutout to Gabriel Rodriguez for top-tier customer service. Hyundai mini SUV worked great and everything was seamless.
