Friendly staff. Easy drop off area. And since I work close by they were able to accommodate me with a ride back to work. Awesome
Terrible customer service. I came to try to swap out a car for a different one and the staff was extremely unhelpful. One employee that seemed like she really hated her job and did not care about being helpful tried to convince cry me to take a car with tires that looked bald to me. Ended up driving away with the original car. Will never go back.
I rented a car yesterday from this enterprise location. I had the most outstanding service from Jessica and Julio. This pair make up a dynamic duo and I highly recommend engaging with them the next time you are looking to hire a car in downtown Los Angeles. G.B.
