Friendly fast efficient. Scheduled at 8am pick up. They open at 8am and had me processed in 10 minutes. Hector, Kion and Bryan made the process quick, comprehensive and friendly.
Always have the car I want
I like this location, but today I felt very uncomfortable by one of the agents by the name of Jay, Jane, Jade or whatever her name is. I booked an appointment to pick up my rental at 2, but with her nasty attitude I politely had it cancelled. I am going to a different Enterprise. I don’t know what was her problem, but I can honestly say that I did not say anything wrong to her. She kept rudely over talking me to where I could not get a question in. Excellent service and good selection
I frequent the Enterprise location located at 1944 S. Figueroa. I love this location because every time I walk in, everybody has a smile to greet you. They get you in and out as quickly as possible and go over the rental contract with you patiently. I never feel rushed but feel that I have been totally taken care of. Even when you return the car, same service. Thank you so much Enterprise for all of your hard work and dedication to customer service. 🤗
