Worst staff ever!!!! So stuck up and pretentious. They will give you a hard time over nothing and make you feel dumb for no reason!!! If you want help be prepared for them to just laugh and dismiss you. Incompetent bunch.
HOSTILE TREATMENT AND QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES I declined the additional coverage because I already had my own insurance. ENTERPRISE’S POLICY CONFIRMS THAT THIS COVERAGE IS OPTIONAL, NOT REQUIRED. When I returned the vehicle, the staff was rude and conducted an excessive inspection, searching for any minor detail to justify additional charges. Julio and all the other staff were so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got everything we needed. The atmosphere was so friendly making it easy to feel comfortable doing business. Thank you Enterprise give Julio the biggest raise this year people like him make your company great!
