I had to rent a vehicle because my car was being repaired from the accident. Enterprise gave me a great rate and really good discount through AAA, and the employees here are exceptional. The requested vehicle was ready to go when I arrived early. How fabulous was that? The check-in and check-out processes were both smooth. The quoted price was what was to be paid. The overall experience was very positive, consistent with my prior 3 decades of experiencing Enterprise. Meanwhile, my cousin had rented a vehicle from another well-known auto rental company during this same timeframe. He couldn’t get the vehicle started during the morning of our big event.
