Booked a car to pickup at 6pm but the building closes at 6 and couldn’t pick it up. The workers did not care. Not sure why they would ask me to come pick up the car when they are closed.
Gave us an appointment to pick up a car at 6 PM but were closed when we arrived at 6. Why even offer a pickup time when you know you will close.
I had such a nice experience from Micalah at this location. I was in and out for my pickup in under 10 mins plus the car I received was a really nice ride.
