I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Essex, MD location. If I have to run a vehicle again, I will return to Enterprise in Essex.
Car had oil and check engine light come on was jumping and not cleaned prior too.
You rent a car but at time of pickup the car is not available. Customer service have no knowledge of actual inventory, good luck
