The customer service was great as always! I was disappointed however that I didn't get the car I thought I was going to get. I think that Enterprise should have a way you select/reserve specific vehicles. Also the windshield washer fluid was out so a double check on the fluids should before customers drive off.
I had used this location in the past because it was only a mile from my job. They were always punctual on their pickups and just the most friendly staff. I rented a car last week and went a few miles out of my way to rent from them again because I knew it would be great service and wanted them to get the credit for the rental. I would always recommend this location and Enterprise across the board. Love their award points program!!
