Best customer service I’ve experienced at a rental car company was at Enterprise 101st and Mingo! I won’t go anywhere else after my most recent experience.
Awesome service. My rental from Waxahachie threw a check engine light and they swapped me out and upgraded me in less than 20 minutes

The car was disgusting when I picked up. I had to get to a meeting and had already waited for a while, while they were figuring out which car to give me. It was supposed to be a “premium” vehicle but was an older jeep wagoner with 75,000 miles on it and the interior and exterior was not only dirty but had dents and scratches every where. I was going to have surgery out of state and my husband wanted me to be as comfortable as possible, so he made reservations for a luxury grade vehicle. When we got there, no one was in the waiting area. One employee came in, didn’t say a word to us, so we continued to wait. Another man came in and asked if he could help us.
