Usualmente rento cada semana un vehículo en esta localización ya que está cerca de mi casa pero es la última vez que realizo rento un vehículo aquí, aún teniendo la confirmación de la reserva me hicieron esperar un rato para decirme que trataron de contactarme para decirme que no habían vehículos disponibles lo cual no era cierto es indignante por qué habían varios carros que estaban entregando simplemente no quisieron darle prioridad a mi caso.
Great place to get a rental from. I had a little bit of an issue with the first rental I was issued by the insurance company. Problem was resolved and Zach was amazing at handling the situation in a timely manner. Very much appreciated.
