Great company to rent a car. It's worth it.
The salesman was so kind & patient with an old lady. He never seemed rushed. He showed me all about the car& answered all my questions in anunhurried manner. I wish I could remember his name.
By far one of the worst rental companies possible, this is the third time in 6 weeks that they have not had any SUVs available that I reserved. This location and the one in Lakeland never have vehicles and they are never ready and could care less that you are Platinum status. These two locations are by far some of the most poorly run locations anywhere, I travel all of the US and rent cars weekly and never have trouble, only here at these 2 location s!
Horrible customer service. Made 3 reservations in two separate names and only 1 reservations was honored. No explanation, other than we couldn't call you to see which reservation you wanted even though I have rented from this location before. Would not recommend.
They went above and beyond my expectations. I had interactions with at least three of your stores and they were all friendly and excited to help. They made sure all of my needs were met. I have nothing but good things to say about enterprise. Thank you so much
