Horrible experience! It doesn’t matter if you have a reservation, the company itself doesn’t keep track of what each store has on hand. I was told that I would need to come back the next day and that the people I made the reservation with “don’t even live in this country” , per the racist manager. He sent me to another enterprise on the opposite side of Memphis. He assured me over and over they had what I needed. They of course did not. Now I’m stuck paying out of my own pocket for a larger rental than I need just to get by.... read more
I have nothing negative to say about the people that worked there, at either location we went to, all of the workers were nice to us amd just doing their job. My negative review comes from the fact that we made a reservation over the phone and when we got there they told us our reservation was at another location. So we get to the other location and they say we are too late to get a reservation. So it just didn't make sense, there was no point in trying to reserve over the phone in advance.
