Ending of transaction and follow through with final invoice as well as returning phone calls is obviously not important to them. Other then that annoyance with a deposit in limbo on my cc. The over all vehicle was good and in person setup was also good. But I will not give more then 1 star due to what I first stated.

Deverian de explicar bien a sus clientes mi seguro pagaba por un carro $30:00 al final tuve que pagar porque me rentaron una guagua que pagaba $45:00 más por día y me sentí un poco incomoda y ese día era mi cumpleaños...

Never a problem picking up or returning to any enterprise. At least in my own experience.

My mother suffered a total loss of her vehicle and Travelers paid 100% of the rental provided by this establishment ($30) a day for a sedan. They didn’t have any in stock so my Mother was “upgraded” to a ford escape (suv) which wasn’t covered by the policy. My mother was under the impression it was a complementary upgrade and accepted the vehicle. The vehicle was given to her with 1/4 tank of gas.
