Thank you Douyna and staff for a wonderful experience and customer service was beyond my expectations and it felt hassle free and I was quick to get my rental I will definitely be back if need a rental thank you Douyna for the warm welcome and great customer service.
Worse experience ever! And to top it off with the manager, after arriving and having to wait I apologized for being late only to receive reprimand for not calling and letting her know I was going to be late for my reservation. I can tell she was annoyed with me especially after I let her know I was going to leave a review. I couldn't meet the requirements to use a debit card because I didn't have a bill in my name or and was told I could use my credit which she says declined but I don't believe her. Car was nice (Nissan Rogue). Easy pickup up and drop off experience. The employees were nice enough. Definitely recommend this enterprise.

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my credit card limit and Caleb was very understanding and helpful. Appreciated his patience and professionalism. Went a second time and even tho the car I was previously going to get got rented he got me a good one.
