Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my credit card limit and Caleb was very understanding and helpful. Appreciated his patience and professionalism. Went a second time and even tho the car I was previously going to get got rented he got me a good one.
The best people and service around!
You'll have to be patient here. It is a small Shop with a small crew and a lot of demand. Wait time can be a little long at times but the team does their best to fulfill your need. I did have to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time but the team did their best to get me better vehicle and discounted the car for me. That makes up for the wait time in my book. I will definitely rent again with them I have never had an issue aside from the wait time.
Excellent customer service, friendly and beyond.
