My insurance company arranged a car reservation for me through Enterprise. I received a confirmation call from an Enterprise representative regarding the date, time, and location. However, when I arrived, there were no vehicles available, and I had to wait for more than an hour. The employee at the location offered me a van at the same daily rate of $30 and stated that I could swap it after two days.
