Rented a car for a week because mine was in the shop. I reserved it the day before. I live in Crawfordville, so had to order an Uber. I got about 5 minutes from my reservation time, literally down the street, when a lady calls me and tells me they have no cars. No sorry for your trouble. No we'll call you if we find one. No nothing. I will NEVER rent a car with Enterprise ever again. How do you allow a customer to make a reservation when you have NO CARS? Years ago, I tried to rent a car from the same location. I was told they no longer had my reserved rental car available. I was upset and vowed to not use Enterprise again. A trusted financial company "advertises" Enterprise. I needed a car for a day trip, so I booked with alot of hope. I could not have been more happy!!
