When I was hit by a teenager who wasn't paying attention an ran a red light, her insurance company sent me to this Enterprise to pick up a rental until my car was fixed. While the experience of the two guys was good, they were very nice, the car was incredibly small, uncomfortable, smelled bad, and pulled to the right. The size of the car was based on how cheap her insurance company is, not the fault of Enterprise. Employees were very professional and courteous during our process. The vehicle provided to us was clean and ready to go. It was a pleasure.

Apparently being an authorized user of a credit card is not good enough to use a card to rent a car. And what happened to them picking you up? That was their whole gimmick...they'd pick you up. NOPE! Wasn't even an option. Ill never use Enterprise again. Straight garbage!
