Terrible. I had to drop off my car to body shop for repair. Enterprise in North Hollywood has deal with various car repair shops, whereby you can rent loaner from them. I was told I would be picked up from car repair shop to take me to Enterprise. waited 1 hour for pick up to go less then 2 miles away. When I got to Enterprise , multitude of people waiting, last minute reservations from other repair shop. OK , I waited, I noticed other customers were being charge $100 security deposit.
