Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied during a long rental for a car repair. No issues with getting the car or having it picked up. Very satisfied with the service.
My experience with Enterprise is always excellent! Henry is the manager of the location at 84th and Michigan Road in Indianapolis, IN. He is always helpful, works fast to get you in and out, and he is always pleasant and respectful! Excellent customer service!!
Took my reservation even though there were no vehicles for me to use. Didn’t get the vehicle I reserved and paid for. Had to wait 4-5 hours before I received a vehicle. I cannot believe I paid to be treated this way.
What a waste of time and energy. Don’t have the vehicle ready that was reserved for days. And matter of fact, they couldn’t even return the damn call. So unprofessional.
