They don’t have cars. It’s kind of the whole point. I’ve been on a “waitlist” for 5 days.
They lied over the phone about extra fees. That I clearly asked about. And they wasn’t clear about what I needed to bring in. They also had me come in at 530 pm to pick up the car and they closed at 6. I had no time to adjust things to where I was able to rent a car. Horrible for my first time💯
The team at Enterprise performed an exceptional job in accommodating my every need. I appreciate their ability for excellent customer service. They even mentioned that Enterprise sells cars - who knew! I may consider purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. Thank you!
I am very frustrate and disappointment regarding my reservation at your Catholic University location for 6:00 PM on July 3rd. I arrived early at 5:35 PM, only to find that the location was closed. I had made this reservation well in advance, back in February, and received no prior communication notifying me of any early closure or schedule change. This was hands down the WORST car rental experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve rented vehicles in multiple cities and countries. We had a reservation with Enterprise, and they gave our reserved car away. Instead of owning up, they claimed they needed to “go get a car,” which would supposedly take 30 minutes. We waited, watching the gate the entire time. After 30 minutes, no sedan came — only a van. No other vehicles came in or out, and we were still told to keep waiting.
