Great customer service!
I have had the most disappointing and frustrating experience with enterprise that has spanned well over a year, nearly a year and a half at this point. My car was returned on 5/13/24, but received a ticket on 5/14. I was not in possession of this car yet was charged the ticket. In addition, because the ticket was paid late, I was also charged the $100 late fee. The team there are extremely professional and helpful and the vehicles are always clean.
They don’t have cars. It’s kind of the whole point. I’ve been on a “waitlist” for 5 days.
They lied over the phone about extra fees. That I clearly asked about. And they wasn’t clear about what I needed to bring in. They also had me come in at 530 pm to pick up the car and they closed at 6. I had no time to adjust things to where I was able to rent a car. Horrible for my first time💯
