Great experience
My car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up at my home and brought me back after I returned their car. The vehicle I was provided was spotless inside, and the convenient pre-pay-for gas-used was at a rate lower than local stations. Their service was fast and friendly. I have always only rented cars from Enterprise, and will continue because no other agency's service is so good!
Excellent staff and very clean vehicle!
The initial car had a bad wheel bearing so we had to return it. It’s dangerous to drive in that condition. Also the return was just another thing taking up time trying to get a rental. The other issue was the obnoxious smell from the cleaning products. It’s completely overwhelming to the point where we had to ride w the windows down for days and the heat cranked up to get the fouls odor out of the car. Clean can be done w out that.
