The Library Rd Pittsburgh location was wonderful! The 2 ladies were very helpful and polite. I will def rent with them for my next trip.
Becareful. They overbook people like it’s nothing. I booked online and went to a branch only to be told it is soldout. Gave me numbers for other branches where I called and booked theough them. Took an uber only to find out there that they are soldout! Book a week in advance if you want something and you might still get screwed
They waited over a week to give me a rental after my insurance tried to set me up with one. (I got rear ended.) Today, they told me they are going to charge me for three days of rental After The Car Was Returned. Keep records of Everything! These guys are not above a little credit fraud. This is a fight I should not have to have.
