I enjoyed renting from them and staff (suzy) was very kind and helpful throughout my rental
Great experience with this rental car facility. Suzy the branch manager was great to work with. Very accommodating, super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location!!
Rental was easy, ready on time and staff was very helpful and communicative leading up to the day! Suzy was so nice and attentive during my pick up. The rest of the staff was friendly and efficient during drop off. I have used enterprise a few times now and will continue to do so!
Tried to intimidate me, attitudes changed once my son showed up.
I rent from various Enterprise locations every month, and 95% of the time I don’t have issues. I’ve even rented from this South Hills location many times before. But for a recent one-way rental, they gave me a car that was in desperate need of repairs. The brakes were warped, and the car wouldn’t stop on the highway without massive vibrations and noticeably weaker stopping power.
