Enterprise Rental Rte 88 Castle Shannon . What a difference two rentals make They went from the "Best's to the "Worst" in 1 year.. My latest experience was Nightmare on 88. The agents were unfriendly and rude with incompetent as the "cherry on top". I am handicapped and walk with a cane. 1.It started with the wrong key for the car! Car was great. I was happy that being picked up was an option since my vehicle is at the mechanic. Very frustrated with having to give directions over the phone for 7 minutes to the Enterprise employee picking me up though. If I rent from here again, I'm going to verify that the pickup driver has a GPS and knows how to use it.
Enterprise car rentals is great. Exceptional customer service. They know how to make a driver feel welcome for their first car rental.
Very nice place to rent a vehicle
This review is for a gentleman named Jimbo, who picked me up this morning so I could retrieve my rental. Jimbo was incredibly pleasant and so very kind. He’s genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Jimbo, YOU ROCK!
