They were extremely busy on a Sunday morning and I ended up with a dirty rental vehicle that they told me was just cleaned. I complained about it and they gave me a discount when I turned the vehicle in. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.

The representatives and the manager, Alex, are friendly and accommodating. I haven't had a single problem in my last 3-4 years of renting here. You can rent with a peace of mind. The cars were always clean and relatively new. There is also a GetGo gas station within couple of blocks. Enterprise also waives underage fee for students (at least CMU that I know of), which was a very useful perk.

Although this is not the closest car rental point to my house, it is by far the most efficient and organized, and the prices are good too. I rent cars all across the country, and generally like Enterprise nationally, but the way the staff in Oakland remember you and make a special effort for their customers is notable.

On November 7th 2015 I went to the enterprise on Millville, I was supposed to pick up my car on Saturday at 11 a.m it wasn't there. I had to wait about 40 minutes for vehicle. Management was really great they made up for my lost time. Thank you

The best decision I ever made! I've used servral rental agencies in the past. Enterprise is the best. Pickup, dropoff. No other agency can compete. Enterprise is the only agency I will use.
