I went to get a car today and the lady was very nice until they messed up my payment and tried to charge my bank twice. They took 2 different payments out and then claimed that it was my banks fault, had to go to work and made it so late. I didn’t wanted to leave a review but once I asked to speak to a higher manager, the guy mentioned that he was busy, wrote down my number and never riches out. Have rented here several times now and had great experiences each time. The staff members are kind, professional and extremely hard working. This past weekend I had a 12 psgr van for work. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I will be back here any time I need a rental in Pgh.
