Best service ever. Great customer service. Very friendly staff.
Great service all around! I was at the Downey Enterprise location at the end of the day, and the entire team worked together to get me into a vehicle after I had to leave my car at the shop. Everyone was quick, efficient, and very helpful — they even made sure to wash the truck I chose before handing it over. Truly excellent service from start to finish!
Very friendly staff, quick pickup and dropoff experience, and fair prices (especially if you book through Costco.) I knocked one star off only because both of the cars I've rented here have needed brake service. The first was very bad to the extent that the car would swerve and shake wildly on the highway when pressing the brakes. To their credit, Enterprise was quick to have me stop into another branch and swap for a different car. I appreciated it but still, was concerning and inconvenient.
