I've rented from them numerous times and I've never had an issue.
Rented for the third time. Not one time did they have the vehicle I requested. The first 2 times it took 3 hours to work out a vehicle. This time they upgraded me to a mini-van for same price which was good if the Dodge mini van was a good vehicle. I hated the vehicle for the whole trip. With that said I did find the staff friendly and engaging. The inventory is poor.
Do not rent from here. The process is convoluted and they will charge you fees for their mistakes. My call-in reserve wasn’t saved. Spent an hour confirming my identity, and then they wanted to charge me an additional fee after the fact for a one-way trip to an Enterprise location. Which was ok until they decided to downgrade my vehicle for the same cost. Nice people. Terrible process. Highly discouraged and disappointed. Lewis Nissan rents vehicles with ease. You can also choose colors. Go there.
Nice car and good service. Only issue was that car was clearly marked as no-smoking and some previous driver had smoked in it. I know the smell is hard to eliminate but it was the only downside to a long car trip.
