When you are confirmed for an intermediate and they call next day right befits pick up and tell yOU all they have is a VAN. Yeah, and then the caller turns ride when you explain that really doesn't work for ONE person. But they are giving it to me for the same rate as what I was guaranteed... how generous! Since it seems to be three only rental place in my area there isn't much choice!
I had a wonderful experience renting from enterprise. The service was first class. The process was easy. I have been renting from enterprise for over 15 years and has never had a bad experience. I full recommend enterprise to everybody.

I love this branch! They are so nice and helpful, always very polite. I use them about every 6 weeks and I tell you I so thankful for them to be there in Sylacauga. I will continue to rent from the Sylacauga gang!

This Branch did not disappoint...consistently horrible! Go work at Avis for a week and learn what true customer service is about. You might even learn the value of a repeat customer! NEVER AGAIN!
