No your Renter hit me. Your Damage Recovery unit decided in his favor because he refused to answer the phone or emails. Golly I wonder why he didnt want to respond...could be because he didn't want to have to pay? I mean he committed a hit and run....but he must be an upstanding citizen. As your recovery agent told us we cant ASSUME he was driving. Could have been anyone. What a joke. He rented the van. Said van hit my truck.
