I will never use enterprise again. I reserved my car for a week but only kept it for 5 days & you would think my bill would have shown this but returning it early only gained me between $10-20. If I had known that I would have driven it for 2 more days. Clerk at the desk was useless & could give me no explanation for the price remaining so high just suggested I call the manager the following day. Lesson learned just because its a name brand doesn't mean its worth your money.
This car rental was right there when I needed it at the airport. It was user-friendly getting in and getting out and returning my van. The van was nice and clean and I enjoyed my ride in it
I want to say that your sales associate Ryan @ the Bentonville, Arkansas airport (XNA) is amazing ! He actually remembers my name by face when I get to the counter. He has been the agent on duty many times when I arrive and it is so nice to see a familiar face ! We chat about things in general and connect thru similar moral character traits from growing up with a value for others, although he is much younger than I. The salesman on the night i rented my vehicle was amazing. A flight had been cancelled and everyone from that flight were trying to get rental cars to drive to their destinations. He was the only one at the counter and was calm, organized and above all friendly with a smile for everyone.
The car they gave me would not drive straight when the speed exceeded 60 mph and it didn't properly. When I returned the car I expected to be asked about experience as I am always asked and was not. The agent simply took my paperwork and the keys and checked me out.

Shameful participant in price gouging during hurricane Irma. Our flight was cancelled while traveling in Arkansas on Labor Day weekend. One option was to extend rental and drive back. Daily rate doubled and then they were to add a $735 drop off charge. We used National instead.
After long layovers and cancelled flights, having everything go smoothly getting my car so I could get on the road was such a relief. Thank you so much enterprise.
