Great Enterprise group at the Bentonville Air Port location ask for a small car to use for 4 days for the stay in Fayetville for Moms weekend at Uof A. Did not know I was asking Mgr of this location .He ask me what kind of vehicle I drove in Texas stated a Truck he then stated he coul not put me in a small car To my suprise he put me in a First Class Ford Crew Cab truck same price as Small car Great experience and Great Service. We had a great experience and rent from enterprise when it works out for us, there was one thing that I found pretty odd though.They gave me two key FOB and had me sign the form saying that I received two. The part that made no sense was the FOB were connected together with a braided cable that could not be separated, what is the point. if I lost one I lost both, we had two drivers but still had to share the key FOBs as if we only had one..silly way to be. Someone might want to rethink that process...
Alway easy to get vehicles and return
David went above and beyond when I asked if Chrysler Pacifica was available for rent. He had keys for Toyota and Dodge, but was able to locate the only Pacifica in the lot and made the whole thing work for me. Excellent customer service!
