The service by your agents was good and was able to rent a car in a timely fashion. However, the quality of cars and selection was less than desirable. The cars weren’t clean and it seemed like I was borrowing a car of one of the agents. Some of the cars had visible damage from scratches and scrapes. And didn’t smell particularly pleasant. I was disappointed b cause it was not the typical standard of my previous experience with Enterprise!
They are always helpful and flexible. I have used Enterprise in Indiana and texas as well as Nevada and have always had good service. The autos are always cleaned and maintained. I have used the Lake Mead location a couple of times and will continue to do so. My friends that live in Summerlin also recommend this branch to their visitors or locals.
After dealing with Hertz over booking last week, I called this Enterprise location and got the car right away. I was very please with their service. They even gave me a ride back home so I didn't have to use Lyft. Hertz caused me a loss. Lyft ride to Hertz and then to Enterprise. They over booked, had no car and didn't even offer me a ride back home. I will book with Enterprise from now on. Especially the staff and service were very nice at Enterprise location on Lake Mead in Summerlin.
Love their sister brand National. Not a fan of Enterprise. Car's are always a class or two below what is rented.
I've never rented from Enterprise before, and was impressed with the service I received. I'll rent from Enterprise again!!
THIS SITE TOOK MONEY OFF OF MY CARD THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!!! ALL THE MANAGER SAID TO ME WAS THAT ASSUMED THAT I MEANT TO TAKE MONEY OFF OF MY CARD AFTER I HAD EXPLAINED TO HER THAT WE WOULD TALK ABOUT IT ON FRIDAY!!! WHAT PART OF THAT CONVERSATION SAYS PLEASE BILL MY CARD??? PISSED!!!
the experience with the Summerlin store was great! everyone there, very accommodating.
After a frustrating few hours with MULTIPLE companies at the airport, the gentlemen at this location were outstanding. I should have known to go here first as I have rented from them in the past as well. Close to my home, super-friendly and accommodating, at a price cheaper than the airport. I don't like to use a credit card when renting, and every single airport location will no longer take debit cards (with extra deposit) for a local rental.
