I have rented from the La Mesa and other offices. I have only had one problem with a car and the folks at the La Mesa office took care of the matter immediately. I have been very happy with Enterprise and their associates.
I'm a frequent renter from the Center Dr location in La Mesa mostly because it's a very personable location. Everyone is so friendly. However, the past couple times my rental has had technical issues that required assistance and I feel as though it wasn't a concern that I had to take care of them myself. This last rental had a backfire that kept losing tire pressure and the local office where I traveled to was less than willing to help. The beginning of the rental process was frustrating, there were some issues and the agent said I was not going to be able to get my rental right away instead of giving me options, I have to request to talk to a manager to get my process done and took a lot of my time.
