I usually rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The La Mesa rental was prior booking. The young lady who picked me up was very friendly and professional. The return was handled by another agent but was handled in a very timely manner as was the drop off.
I have rented from this Enterprise on Center Drive in La Mesa many times. I rented a car there recently and the customer service couldn't have been any better. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you.
I recently rented a car at Enterprise in La Mesa like I have done many times before. When I checked the receipt I noticed the daily rate was higher than the amount I booked the reservation for. When I called to bring the error to their attention they seemed more annoyed then apologetic . Now they said it goes to corporate fore review and approval and the process will take over two weeks to receive a refund. Disappointed in the quality of service.
Olivia at this site was super helpful. She was professional and courteous. I got the truck and was on my way in a flash. (Twice in one week I was there.) Any time I need a car or truck for work, I will always go back to the La Mesa site. Thanks Olivia, Jaime Hernandes

I've always had great customer service from Enterprise, but on Friday, 10/20/17, I rented a car from the office at 8363 Center Dr Ste 6H, La Mesa, CA 91942 while my car was being repaired 2 miles away. I was delayed by traffic so I called the Enterprise office to let them know I was running unexpectedly late and they suggested that if I got there after 5:00 I should call Uber to get a ride back to my car.
