I HAVE RENTED WITH ENTERPRISE FOR A FEW YEARS, I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GO FOR MY CAR. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY GREET YOU WARMLY, THE CARS ARE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. I LIKE THEY WAY THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU. I RENT OUT OF THE CENTRAL AVE OFFICE IN EAST ORANGE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT.***** FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY
I spoke with 3 different staff members throughout this transaction (having to extend my rental twice). They were each the kindest, most pleasant staff. I give this Enterprise location an A+ in customer service! The car was clean and good too, but the excellent customer service is what will have me return for any future car rentals. Great job Ladies!
