because the manager on 11/17/18 was playing games and this is not the only time. you have your reservation; but for a reason if you don't showed your price they always tried to raise your price ALWAYS. they even give you attitude. I have rented their so many times and always the same situacion.

The employees at Enterprise on Central Ave. East Orange, NJ are beyond the best. They are courteous, kind, helpful, and know there job. Once you get to know them they become family. I have been using this Enterprise office for at least 5 years I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. When there is a problem or situation they step right in to help you with it. Awesome team!!!! I recently went to NY for a vacation and was staying with a friend in East Orange NJ. I needed a rental at the last minute and this Enterprise office was near by. Everyone from the gentleman that picked me up to the office staff were very accommodating, professional and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a vehicle locally. Anytime I need a car for a day,weekend or longer.I call Enterprise and my car is always there waiting.the staff at the East Orange office are friendly and work hard to get me out in a timely fashion without to much wait time.
