I had an EXCELLENT experience with Hannah Smith! I interviewed multiple agents and didn't feel the right fit, until Hannah arrived with data! National, statewide, and local trends over time and current. We had a weekly phone call and texts in between. She helped us create strong property photos including virtual staging that she paid for herself! I met Hannah Smith at an open house over a year ago. She was helpful and informative at the open house. I was amazed she remembered me! I was buying and knew I wanted a place in Audubon Square. Hannah was aware of the surrounding market and was able to negotiate a GREAT deal for me! She kept me informed through the buying process and I came away feeling good about my offer and the final purchase!
