Excellent Firm Arrived as promised. Replaced three calcium encrusted shower faucets, one set of sink washers, one toilet (tank cracked), and fixed the limit switch on a gas hot water tank. All within three hours and all done correctly. Charged for time and materials. Work was done quickly and professionally. We are quite pleased and would call on them again.
Customer no longer After being a customer for 10 years, I am no longer. New owner/dispatcher was rude and argumentative and they quoted me a price way higher than what they used to charge me for the same job. I understand some inflation but twice the amount is ridiculous. I found someone to do the same work for $50 less. In this economy you should be nicer to your customer and not arguing with them on the phone. See ya!
