My husband talked with a salesman for three days about a particular car. One came in on a truck on Monday
The price quoted on the phone was not honored in person, it was jacked up $5K when we arrived to take possession!!!! This was after dealing on the car THREE days and the salesman had called that a.m. to verify that it was ready. Not only the price, but the car was totally misrepresented on the phone. Salesman assured us the car was in perfect condition, it started knocking 20 minutes after I left the lot but when we tried to get the people from kia to fix it they all acted like they didn't know who we were. And it's 2 months later and I don't have my title. It's locked in somebody's safe they say. So no title, car is a pice of junk and its going to get ugly
