Do NOT waste your time with this company. Alex Gonzalez is very unprofessional.
Beware. My personal experience was they could never deliver. When we asked to add to our Inland Marine policy they took 4 MONTHS to get me a invoice and cost of adding my coverage to my policy. About 2 months in one representatives told me it was an additional $800. They could NEVER produce an invoice for the $800. Eventually 4 months later they did get me an invoice for $1200. My fault, I was late with my payment., 2 days (There is a 10 day grace.} Anyway when I tried to pay it. Alex (Senior Executive) said that I had to get a new policy at 4 times the amount.I appealed the decision. but Alex never turned my appeal into the underwriter, all the time telling me it takes ten days. Finally contacted the underwriter myself, only to find in 10 days I would have a canceled policy, and the appeal only takes 2 days. BTW would not have had to appeal if Alex had just taken my payment. Beware! They told me I had coverage for $150,000. At the end of the year, they audit me and tell me I only have insurance for subcontractors, that I didn’t even have insurance for myself.
I have 4 policies with this company and the service is very good and the prices too. They have a very friendly service lady there and the agent explained the policy to me. Also, when I need my certificate for my jobs, they also give it to me on time
I am insured with this company for the first time and i had accident this morning and i'm fully comp. My car was been recovered and they told recovery 4-5 days before they will receive my details. Until then recovery can't issue me with a courtesy care. This is an extremely poor service!!!
