Absolutely DO NOT give them your credit card. I was charged $680 AFTER I returned the car, with no explanation, no receipts, and no proof of anything. I've been trying to get answers for weeks, but there’s zero response from anyone. Every time I call the office, they just say, “Contact our head office,” which never replies. This company is completely unprofessional and shady. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be charged randomly and ignored when you ask for answers.
Such a rude customer service. I called them to ask upon car payment notice etc the lady who answered the call was speaking very rudely and no sense of customer service environment has been created. I am trying to explain my stuff and she is like this is what we do. You pay or not still we send the letters. I know u send the letters but let me try to explain first. Such a pathetic people in the company. Never renting a vehicle from this company near future.
