Unit died, called in, they came out same day and got me back up and running without trying to upsell. Reasonably priced. Great couple of guys. Will definitely be calling them again.
Had to call Bret to come out to diagnose issues with my basically new Daikin mini split system. The company from whom I purchased it, Redding Heat and Air, did a butcher job on the install and couldn’t seem to diagnose ongoing issues with the system. Big mistake. Communication with them (Mark and Riley) was horrible; and they were dismissive and condescending. I did not even receive what was stated on my contract. We had a great experience with Enterprise Heating and Air! Brett and Mason were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They did a thorough job cleaning our mini split unit and made sure everything was running smoothly. One of the unit heads gave them a bit of trouble, but they handled it with patience and skill.
