Why does it take hours to approve a tire replacement? What a joke
I have used Enterprise fleet management for three years and continue to be disappointed at their ability to service our account. I would not be a customer currently if they had not forced a lease extension without notifying us. If you are a small business and can avoid using them you will be much better off.
Because you asked for a rating, this is why I gave you a 1 star if you didn't ask I would give a 5 star
They did not clean out the car I rented. They lost my belongings and claimed they clean it out fully. I can't imagine a car being cleaned out fully in 45 minutes. I just had two store front employees looking at me some type of way...
