Our family has used Enterprise Express Care for years. We have been beyond pleased until today. I brought my daughter in and was greeted with some unexpected changes. Evidently you need an appointment to see the doctor now. All of the friendly staff seem to have been replaced with surly people who treat patients like cattle. Good thing there are several other urgent care options in town.
The wait was minimal, and the staff was very nice
Too full to see established patients at 10:30 in the morning..... And I was not the only patient/customer told that this morning. So glad Enterprise has some additional options. Thanks Ivy Creek Urgent Care!
We are originally from Enterprise but were back last week for a visit. My son got an ear infection the day before we left town so I brought him in and was prescribed an antibiotic. Turns out they gave me the wrong antibiotic so it isnt helping and he's in major pain. I've called 5 times this morning trying to get some to just fill the prescription so I can pick it up where I live and they continue to tell me how busy the nurse is...so busy she can't make a 3 minute phone call to place the scrip? How are they going to turn away a child that is sick and telling us to go to hospital this place is not friendly at all
UPDATED REVIEW: Lowered my original 5 star to a 3 after today. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes to be seen, was passed over twice by people who came in at least 40 minutes after we had, they took so long we had to leave without being seen. I went up to the window to tell The receptionist we needed to leave and she never came back to the desk...we waited for 10 minutes!
