Just want to suck you money and not provide services for what you pay. I came in to p a nasty unclean apartment that they should have cleaned before. I came in with my carpets filthy and walls not properly painted. All to be told that is on my cent to cover.

I just moved into a loft apartment managed by Enterprise and I am so pleased! The process was easy and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The building itself has great amenities and is well-kept from what I have seen so far. I am loving the apartment and am very happy.

They made the process super easy to apply and schedule a tour. I worked with Lyric and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. She led us through the tour and helped me get my application through and approved. Would definitely reccomend this company!

As someone that has rented in Chicago for the past twenty years I can confirm that Enterprise and their team are without questions the most thoughtful and accommodating landlords I have ever had. They are always on top of emails and any requests you might have. On top of all that, the apartments and amenities are stellar. Really can’t say enough nice things. Top notch!
