I just moved into a loft apartment managed by Enterprise and I am so pleased! The process was easy and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The building itself has great amenities and is well-kept from what I have seen so far. I am loving the apartment and am very happy.

They made the process super easy to apply and schedule a tour. I worked with Lyric and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. She led us through the tour and helped me get my application through and approved. Would definitely reccomend this company!

As someone that has rented in Chicago for the past twenty years I can confirm that Enterprise and their team are without questions the most thoughtful and accommodating landlords I have ever had. They are always on top of emails and any requests you might have. On top of all that, the apartments and amenities are stellar. Really can’t say enough nice things. Top notch!

So far I’ve had a very pleasant experience with this team! Their emails have been timely and informative. Lyric was so sweet and helpful during my tour. The unit looked the same, if not better, in person compared to the video I was sent. I’ve only toured and signed but am feeling comfortable and excited to continue working with them when I’m a tenant!

This property management company was incredibly unprofessional and failed to provide adequate accommodations. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your housing needs. Avoid them at all costs.
