For the most part the entire staff is friendly and respectful but for whatever reason the office manager Andrea was clearly having a bad or off day yesterday. She was rude and very disrespectful. In the pass she’s always been pleasant and efficient. I don’t know if she has too much on her plate/hands whereas the responsibility has gotten to her but I’m hoping her unsatisfactory behavior is just a one off and that I and her staff won’t experience or endure that type of hostile environment again.
