I had a great experience with ECG Tax Pros! I needed help obtaining an EIN for my business and Shaun made the whole process quick and easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. I would absolutely recommend ECG Tax Pros to anyone needing help with their business or tax needs.
I paid this firm $3,900 and after one year they sent me a letter stating my account was taken care of and i owed the State of California no money. Only to find out that one year later the State took the money from my account and the letter they provided me was not valid.
Colt is absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond to try to help me solve my IRS issues. He has still continued to help me to this day and will continue helping me and guiding me through the process until I can get a resolution. The world needs more Colt’s!!! I’m so glad I found this business. Kristy
