I would give 0 stars if I could. Just like the other reviews say- avoid the assistant manager Kelsey. She has no compassion for anyone. Listen to this review and steer clear of this location at all costs.
They were very understanding and helpful with the situation I was in with the insurance screw up.
Your costomer service was supurb. . I always reccomend your company for rentals. Keepup the good work. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
I think the service is great. I hate that they keep changing the policy for debit card users. I rent from this location each month for business and I get treated like I've never rented from there before.
